1. How to place orders

Browse our catalog and 'add to cart'. When done, click on checkout and log into your account, or if you dont have one yet, please create one. We promised, we wont spam you with unnecessary things. But while you're there, do sign up for our newsletter too. We normally announce promotions and sales there first, so you really dont wanna miss that ;)

 

2. How to make payments

You can make payments via Paypal (which accepts most cards worldwide) or use Online Banking (FOR MALAYSIAN ACCOUNT HOLDER ONLY)

 

3. Do I need Paypal account to make payment through Paypal?

No, you dont. You can make payments with your debit / credit card as per normal, Paypal is just a payment gateway.

 

4. How long does it take to ship my order after it is placed?

For ready stocked items, we'll need between 1-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping. For handmade items like TN Inserts and/or other handmade products, it normally takes 1-5 business days to complete. This is ofcourse, not inclusive of the day you place your order.

 

5. Where do we ship to?

Everywhere, all the time.

 

6. How long does it take for the item to reach me?

Depends. All items will be sent tracked, and you will be getting your tracking number once your order is shipped (please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking info to be available online) and the normal time frame should be :

Within Malaysia : 1-3 business days

Asian Countries : 5-15 business days

Rest of the World : 15 - 40 business days

We say 'depends' as it really does depends on the shipping provider, your location and customs.

Currently we only offer Poslaju for within Malaysia and Pos (M) Flexipacks and will be adding a premium, expedite shipping option in the near future.

 

7. How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated by weight and not by total amount bought.

 

8. What happens if my item did not arrive within the time frame?

Well, we hope that dont happen to you, but please contact us if it's later than the time frame explained above.

 

9. Can I cancel / refund my order?

Sorry, but all orders placed cannot be canceled and we do not entertain refunds too. However, we're here to help in every way possible to make sure that your shopping experience is a pleasant one. 

10. Wholesale

We do offer wholesale of our in house products and all you gotta do is email us at info@mypaperprojects.com and we'll provide the T&C. Thanks in advance for your interest in our products!
